The Central Pennsylvania Association for Female Executives (CPAFE) benefits career-oriented women in Central Pennsylvania. CPAFE serves as the Central Pennsylvania Chapter for the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). CPAFE advances women in the workplace through networking, mentoring and educating. Join us for our monthly meetings or special events. CPAFE is open to all women in the workforce - not just at the executive level.

NAFE is the largest women's professional association and the largest women business owner's organization in the U.S. The Central Pennsylvania Chapter includes members from Harrisburg, Carlisle, Camp Hill, Hershey, Lancaster, Lebanon and Gettysburg. Based on our current level of membership interest, we are the largest, most far-reaching network for woman executives in the area.
